Mokwar (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides Arabic ↔ English language services, including but not limited to translation, certified translation, interpretation, transcription, subtitling, proofreading, and language training. These Terms apply to all services provided by Mokwar, whether requested via our website, email, phone, or in person.
Services
are offered based on the documents, instructions, and information provided by the client. Mokwar reserves the right to decline or discontinue any request that falls outside our area of expertise (such as legal or medical translation), contains inappropriate or unlawful content, or conflicts with our professional values.
Quotes and Pricing
are provided free of charge and remain valid for seven (7) calendar days. Pricing depends on word count, complexity, formatting needs, turnaround time, and other service-specific factors. The final quote will include a detailed scope of services. Any changes to the project after confirmation may result in updated pricing.
Turnaround Time
estimates are made in good faith. We strive to meet deadlines but are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client input, unexpected revisions, or force majeure situations. We will communicate proactively if timing changes become necessary.
Payment Terms
require invoices to be settled within seven (7) days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. New clients or large projects may require a partial or full advance payment. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, PayPal, or other pre-approved methods. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in service suspension.
Confidentiality
is a core principle of Mokwar. We treat all client documents and communication as confidential. No materials will be shared with third parties unless legally required or explicitly authorized by the client. Files are stored securely and removed from our systems after a limited period, unless longer storage is requested.
Revisions and Quality Guarantee:
We take pride in delivering high-quality work. One free revision is offered within five (5) business days of delivery, as long as the source content has not been modified. Additional changes or late revision requests may be subject to extra charges. If concerns arise, we will work in good faith to resolve them. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only under exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Clients may cancel projects before work begins without charge. If work is already underway, partial fees may apply based on completed work. Refunds are not offered for completed and delivered services unless explicitly agreed upon.
Intellectual Property
rights for completed work transfer to the client upon full payment. Mokwar retains no ownership but may refer anonymously to project types for internal learning or portfolio purposes unless the client objects.
Use of Website:
By using mokwar.com, you agree not to interfere with the site’s functionality or compromise its security. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content from the site is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability:
Mokwar is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our services, including delays, financial losses, or reputational impact. Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
Modifications:
Mokwar reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website with the date of the last update.
